Deceased vs. Four Seasons Nursing Center, Inc.

Type of Claim Nursing Home Negligence/Wrongful Death – Plaintiff alleged that Doris Taylor, a 93-year-old resident of the Defendant nursing home was inadequately and improperly cared for, resulting in the development of a gangrenous pressure ulcer. Plaintiffs also alleged that Ms. Taylor was not adequately nourished and suffered from dehydration. These conditions developed between 9-15-97 and 10-1- 97 when she was hospitalized. She subsequently died on 10-19-97.
